About Me

My name is Chris DeMichiei, and I’m a freelance designer and photographer working out of Pittsburgh, PA. I am passionate about helping others build their brands in a number of ways, including: logo design, marketing materials, photoshoots, social media, and much more!

Design has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and I continue to push and expand my abilities in order to meet the needs of any client.

Employment History

Director of Marketing & Design

I managed the brands of 10+ companies - directing any and all marketing projects including: brand design, sales material planning & design, stationary, billboards, radio ads, and more. I was the administrator of the over 150 Office365 users within the organization. I managed and designed websites for our clients. I took photographs and edited them for our clients to use in marketing materials. I managed one other employee, a graphic designer, and was responsible for coordinating the marketing and sales efforts for several companies. I also ran all social media platforms and campaigns for each of our client companies. I was also responsible for receiving and interpreting customer feedback through online forms, personal interviews, and social media activity.

Graphic Designer

I was hired as the sole graphic designer and produced web & print related marketing materials for several healthcare companies. I was Administrator of a central CRM that was utilized by each Quest-owned company and made sales calls/visits to skilled nursing homes and home health services. I also helped plan and organize fundraising events.

Graphic Design & Marketing Intern

Managed design work under 4 the separate brands owned by the company. Created any and all design work required - this included things like marketing collateral and websites. I also ran computer education classes at several nursing homes, where I helped residents learn basic computer skills. Shortly after completing my internship with Quest, I was hired by their back office support company Allserve Business Support.

Graphic Design Intern

Zoltun is a graphic design studio based out of Pittsburgh, PA. I worked alongside in-house graphic designers on various client projects and was solely responsible for many in-house marketing projects. I initially interned with them after my senior year of high school and returned after my junior year of college - I worked with them for a total of two years.

Graphic Design & Marketing Intern

I spent my time doing social media research and working on various small projects. I focused on social media research and content creation for a social media start up called Buzz. I also worked on developing brands for social media based companies.
